* Knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools and techniques.
* Knowledge of user authentication directory systems.
* Experience with procurement systems.
* Route service tickets/quality assurance.
* Assist end users with level 1 technical issues in person.
* Run/complete various SAS reports as needed.
* Provide phone/email support to end users.
* Assist in the procurement process for various departments.
* Assist in the inventory processes for the technology department.
* Assist with scheduling specific college resources.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Technology Services Manager.
